Loft Insulation

For properties with less than 100mm (4 inches) of existing loft insulation

• We install mineral wool fibre loft insulation to a depth of 300mm (12inches)

Cavity Wall Insulation

For properties of cavity wall construction, but with no insulation

• We install 'Energyfibre' bead and adhere this into external cavity walls

Party Wall Insulation

For semi-detached or terraced properties where the party wall is of cavity construction

• We install 'Energyfibre' bead and adhere between homes into Party Walls

Internal Wall Insulation

For properties with external walls that have no cavity

• We install 'Celotex 2000' internal wall insulation, and plaster ready for re-decoration of the inside of exterior-facing walls, and install mineral wool fibre loft insulation where access permits

Room in Roof Insulation

For properties with a staircase to a 2nd floor, where the external wall is less than 1.8m high

• We install Celotex 2000 Internal Wall Insulation and plaster ready for redecoration the inside of exterior facing walls

Underfloor Insulation

For properties with a suspended ground floor, and access beneath this

• We install mineral wool fibre insulation between floor joists

• We install an 'A' rated replacement combination or regular boiler
